How our Print Ready Conversion Service Works

  1. You submit the design that you want to make print ready. This can be a file stored on your computer, a scan, a photo or even a sketch
  2. Our experienced designers will take your design (with any change requests) and convert it to a Print Ready file. We will check what you have sent and email you a proof to check.
  3. Upon approval, you will be emailed a Print Ready PDF.

Single Sided

  • What can you send: We will convert your Single Sided Artwork to a Print Ready PDF that can be sent to your printer. During this process, we check the quality of your images/logos and make sure your Print Ready PDF is set up correctly.
    (If you have a Scan or JPG containing (approximately) over 250 words, then please select the Scan/JPG with over 250 words service from the left hand side.)
  • Price: ££9.99 + VAT
  • Delivery: 1-2 Working Days.
    • For faster delivery, use our Express Service.
  • What will you receive: A Print Ready PDF.

Double Sided

  • What can you send: We will convert your Double Sided Artwork to a Print Ready PDF that can be sent to your printer. During this process, we check the quality of your images/logos and make sure your Print Ready PDF is set up correctly.

  • Price: ££14.99 + VAT
  • Delivery: 1-2 Working Days.

Multipage or Unusual Artwork

  • What can you send: We will convert your Multipage or Unusual Artwork (where you require Spot UV, Embossing, Thermography, Die Cutting etc) to a Print Ready PDF that can be sent to your printer. During this process, we check the quality of your images/logos and make sure your Print Ready PDF is set up correctly.
  • Price: £Start from £14.99, but will depend on the complexity of the artwork and your requirements. You will only pay once we have agreed a price. + VAT
  • Delivery: Normally 1-3 Working Days, but can be longer depending on complexity.
  • What will you receive: A Print Ready PDF (if additional finishing required, then we will also supply you with additional Print Ready PDFs).

Scan/JPG with over 250 words

  • What can you send: We will convert your Scan/JPG with over 250 words to a Print Ready PDF that can be sent to your printer. During this process, we check the quality of your images/logos and make sure your Print Ready PDF is set up correctly.
  • Price: £Start from £14.99, but will depend on the complexity of the artwork and your requirements. You will only pay once we have agreed a price.

    (We will charge you less if you can also supply us with an editable MS Word document containing all the text in the Scan or JPG.) + VAT
  • Delivery: Normally 1-3 Working Days, but can be longer depending on complexity.
  • What will you receive: A Print Ready PDF

Sending Designs by Post

If you do not have artwork as a computer file that you can submit to us through our website or email then you can send a physical copy of a design that needs to be reproduced (for example, a business card, some cloth or even some scribbles on a piece of paper).

Note: By posting us your designs or scribbles you are under no obligation to order. Once we receive your designs we will get in touch with a quote.
